Keep a structured record of governance activity.
Governance work leaves a lot of small decisions behind. Vigil24 records that activity on an append-only pipeline and links evidence to the systems, controls, and requirements it supports - available when your team needs to review or share the recorded history.
Append-only. Actor, entity, and outcome resolved.
Platform activity is recorded with the actor, the action, the entity or system affected, and whether it was allowed or blocked - with reason and change details where available. Records are append-only.
CSV exports are designed for human review, with resolved actor and entity labels and readable change summaries. JSON exports contain the raw, normalised, narrative, context, and change sections.
Exported records support review and evidence preparation. They do not guarantee audit acceptance.
Summary views compiled from the record.
Summary views draw from live data: systems by risk tier, regulation coverage, open compliance gaps, active exceptions with expiry dates, and control status. The summary below is an illustrative example - actual layouts depend on the deployment.
Download SampleA shareable summary of a system's governance status.
The card summarises risk tier, owner, governance phase and status, active exceptions, and mapped policies and regulations. It reflects the current state of the record; it does not itself certify legal or regulatory compliance.
